S.A.S Investment Group Kft was founded in 2004 by Yuvalim Group Ltd an Israeli real estate Company who has over 35 years of experience in real estate business, together with JR Group a Canadian Austrian partnership with over 10 years of experience.

Both groups have built residential, offices, logistics and shopping centers in, New York, Israel, Canada and Austria. The two groups have taken a strategic decision to focus on the Eastern Europe Real Estate market in general and on the Hungarian market in particular. The Group aim is to develop mainly residential projects in Budapest. The head office of the company is located at the center of Budapest and the group is currently under an expansion process and will be involved in residential project in the most attractive districts of the city.

Yuki Samouha the CEO of S.A.S. Investment Kft Managing director of the company, 39 years old Yuki Smocha, second generation in Yuvalim group who has experience in international real estate deals of over 12 years. Company under his management has developed, build and delivered Projects of above 100,000 sq/f each, residential logistics and shopping centers in 4 countries and 3 continents. In Manhattan NY, and all around Israel and now at the last 4 years in Budapest.
